Terms of Service

This page is maintained by the VitalVault team to describe the terms governing your use of the VitalVault mobile application and related services ("VitalVault"). By creating an account or using VitalVault you agree to these terms.

1. Not Medical Advice

VitalVault helps you track medications, log doses, and share status with people you choose. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed clinician about your medications, conditions, and care plan. Do not rely on VitalVault for emergencies — call your local emergency number.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you enter, the people you link as caregivers, and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use VitalVault.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use VitalVault to harass others, share content you don't have the right to share, attempt to access another user's data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and cancellation are handled by the platform store (Apple App Store) and governed by that platform's terms.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is reversible for 30 days; after that window your account and associated personal data are permanently removed.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

VitalVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the VitalVault team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
